Refund Policy
30-day money-back guarantee. If AllAPI.io does not meet your needs within 30 days of your first paid subscription payment, we will refund your most recent charge in full. Contact info@allapi.io and we will initiate the refund through Paddle.
1. Failed calls are never charged
Every response from the AllAPI.io API is inspected before credits are deducted. Only successful calls that return real, structured data consume credits. The following categories are automatically excluded from billing:
- HTTP 5xx errors from an upstream platform.
- Upstream timeouts (network-level).
- CDN challenges (Cloudflare, Akamai, etc.) that we could not clear — the response returns our HONEST-ERROR envelope and no credits are deducted.
- Rate-limit throttling by the upstream platform.
- Malformed or fabricated bodies detected by our content-authenticity gate.
You do not need to file a request for this — it is enforced by the credit-metering system on every call.
2. Statutory withdrawal (EU / UK / Türkiye)
Consumers residing in the EU, the UK, or Türkiye retain a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of payment, regardless of usage. This right is administered by Paddle.com Inc. as our Merchant of Record; see Paddle's Refund Policy for the withdrawal form and processing details.
3. 30-day money-back guarantee
Beyond the statutory withdrawal window, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month of any plan for any customer (individual or business). If you decide the Service is not right for you within the first 30 days, we will refund your first paid month in full. To claim: email info@allapi.io with the invoice ID; we typically approve within 1 business day, and Paddle disburses the refund to the original payment method within 3-10 business days depending on the card issuer.
4. Prorated cancellation
Outside the guarantee window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time from your dashboard or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; unused credits remain usable through the 12-month rollover window described in our Terms of Service.
5. Chargebacks
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us or Paddle first — we can usually resolve the issue within 1-2 business days. Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in temporary account suspension until the dispute is resolved with Paddle.
6. Exclusions
The 30-day guarantee does not apply to:
- Custom-endpoint development work performed under a separate written agreement.
- Enterprise / Max plans with annual pre-payment beyond the first month (contact us for terms).
- Accounts terminated for Acceptable-Use violations (§5 of the Terms of Service).
7. How to request a refund
- Email info@allapi.io with your invoice ID and the reason (optional; helpful for us).
- We reply within 1 business day and confirm eligibility.
- Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method (3-10 business days).
Alternatively you may contact Paddle directly through paddle.net; they will route the request back to us for approval where required.
